The Gilded Altar is a collection of curious objects for dark rooms—objects chosen for beauty, symbolism, and the quiet attention they invite.

The first altar I knew was made by my grandfather. It was a simple wooden devotional cabinet with an arched opening, a central cross, shelves, flowers, and a small light. It was handmade, intimate, and meant to hold what mattered.
That family altar became part of the visual inheritance behind The Gilded Altar. Here, old forms meet new meanings: adornments, journals, altar objects, stones, vessels, and reclaimed pieces that can become companions in a room or in a life.
Each object is chosen to feel a little mysterious, a little enduring, and worthy of being kept.
